Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to get your OOfos to you:
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas). International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties.
Our Return Promise
We stand behind every pair of OOfos recovery footwear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags and packaging within 15 days of delivery.
Easy Returns & Exchanges Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once your return is approved:
- Include all original packaging, tags, and documentation
- Securely package the items to prevent damage during transit
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Processing
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- Standard shipping rates apply for the new shipment
- If the exchange results in a higher-priced item, you’ll be charged the difference
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Orthotics: Custom or personalized orthotic products
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” in our SALE section
- Used Products: Any items showing signs of wear or lacking original packaging
International Returns
For customers outside the US (excluding Asia and select remote areas):
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- International refunds may take 7-10 additional business days to process
